From a very early start in the mid-Canterbury rural town of Ashburton, Tracey discovered she had a natural flare for understanding business administration, accounting, business systems and processes.

Moving to Auckland on her own at the age 19, Tracey excelled and was quickly promoted to lead finance roles.
Having learnt most of her finance and accounting skills in a commercial environment, but with growing interest in all things business, Tracey elected to gain a Master’s Degree in Business that she completed in 2002.

Coming from a family of innovative individuals, Michael’s passion for understanding the fundamentals naturally manifested itself into a career in engineering and innovation.

Michael has eight years of professional engineering experience in industries that include product, materials handling, forestry and heavy vehicle design.

Simon is a human oriented industrial designer with a passion for design physiology and digital manufacture. Projects across a range of human factors have driven his skills in user research, concept development and user centred design.
