Sally thrives on the challenges of working and advising in the ‘dark arts’ of change, risk and crisis management and is a thought leader in enterprise risk and assurance. Working inside the dairy (Fonterra & LIC), health (Midlands Health), education (Wintec), telecommunications, IT, and construction sectors she has the tenacity to ‘just keep going’.

She passionately believes that high performance is enabled by courageous leaders who maintain both a sight-line to the vision and a willingness to roll their sleeves up and understand business from the coal-face to the board room.

Bringing creative problem solving to the minefield of operational crises over her career she’s experienced more than many and navigated through with a smile intact.
